Industrial
Our industrial civil engineering services cover logistics hubs, warehouses, and manufacturing sites. We deliver reinforced concrete slabs, deep drainage systems, service trenches, retaining structures, and HGV-compatible access roads. Built for operational performance and long-term resilience, our groundwork meets the demands of complex, large-scale industrial facilities.
Manston - Innovation Centre
DJ Civils were contracted to deliver drainage, utilities, and road construction for a new phase of the Merlin Business Park development.

The scope of works included the construction of new estate roads, a large attenuation drainage system, utility and service installation, and foundations for multiple commercial units. The attenuation system was split across two large excavation zones and incorporated a live foul water connection.
​
In addition, DJ Civils completed the foundations for each unit and carried out rebar placement for all commercial unit concrete slabs.
